Kang Byung-keun

강병근

Byoung-Keun Kang is the City Architect of Seoul and an Emeritus Professor at Konkuk University. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Konkuk University in Korea and a Ph.D. in Engineering from the Technische Universität Berlin, Department of Architecture. His major projects include the comprehensive master plan for the cultural facilities at Oedo Island in Hallyeohaesang National Park, the French Cultural Village in Gapyeong (Petite France), and the planning and design for the Jeju Eco Land Development Project and hotel planning.
